Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Furniture

  Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Once approved, you can choose to use our specialized two-man courier service for large furniture items or receive a prepaid label for smaller home accessories.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
